Deflex Corp produce a range of advanced cleaning systems that use CO2 to clean an extensive variety of parts.

The Power-Sno™ is a TIG-snow cleaning system, applications include: removal of trace oils & sub-micron particles from gyroscopes, fibre-optics, LCD's, Ink-Jet heads, quartz crystals, bio-medical slides, optical wave guides etc.

The Superfuge is a centrifugal shear system capable of outgassing bio-medical & cerebral implants, removing oils, small metal particles from: fuel injectors, airbag canisters, automotive parts etc. Centri-Sep™ a hot oil pre-treatment system for use with the SuperFuge cleaning system.

Purco2 is a CO2 Purification system and can purify industrial grade co2 to 99.9999% pure.

Sno-BOT™ a robotically controlled version of the Power-Sno providing TIG-Snow, in a pre-programmed pattern.

Cryo-Sep™ is a multi staged CO² recovery system for use with a SuperFuge or SuperShear system, it re-cycles up to 95% of the CO² to be re-used by the system.

CO2BRA™ (CO² Based Robotic Architecture) selective surface preparation & assembly system (SPAS). This is a New Generation of flexible assembly tools, combining surface preparation, surface cleaning, or modification and flexible automation with assembly operationsincluding drilling, machining, component placement, fluids dispensing, lubrication, boding, curing, microabrasive finishing, stripping, soldering, potting and coating.


THE POWER-SNO™

Deflex Powersno CO2 Cleaning System from EPAK ELECTRONICS

The Power-Sno is a small bench top cleaning system that applies a jet of liquid CO2 and thermally ionized gas through a pen-sized hand piece. The C02 jet is alternated with warm air cycles and blasted at the surface of the part being cleaned. The effect of the CO2 and warm air cycling can remove trace oils and sub-micron particles from gyroscopes, fibre optics, LCD's, Ink-Jet heads, quartz crystals, bio-medical slides, optical wave guides etc.

The Superfuge is a CSCD centrifugal shear system capable of outgassing bio-medical & cerebral implants, removing oils & small metal particles from : fuel injectors, airbag canisters, automotive parts, CO2 recovery, re-cycle, purification systems.


Sno-BOT™

A robotically controlled micro-sno providing TIG-Snow, in a pre-programmed pattern.


SuperShear™

This is a front loading AFSS (Axial Flow Shearing System) that has been specifically designed to clean metal tubes and rods.


Purco2™ NEW

CO2 Purification system

This system provides 99.9999% pure CO² from standard industrial grade CO². The system separates all trace hydrocarbons, oils, moisture and particles through proprietary phase separation techniques. This provides the pure grade required for medical, space and semiconductor applications.
