MSMW SERIES MICROWAVE CHIP RESISTORS
Available from .020" x .016" x .010" to .150" x .085" x .010" size. A range of substrate / Resistive film options are available including Alumina / Tantalum, Alumina / Nichrome, Quartz Tantalum, Quartz / Nichrome, Polished / Tantalum, Polished Nichrome. MSMW series is available with values from 2 ohm to 18 K ohm (series and tolerance dependant). Tolerance range from 1% to 10% available. Range of options include gold backside and with solder bumps. |
All Thin Film components are RoHS compliant, unless part contains Solder, in which case, we offer 2 types of Lead-Free Solder.
We offer a variety of high reliability thin film and thick film components from Mini-Systems Inc. Mini-Systems have the QPL MIL-PRF-55342 style parts including 'S'-Level failure rate qualified. Mini-Systems Package Division offer high performance, alumina / glass walled packages in flat pack, plug-in and surface mount configurations for microwave applications. RPS ANTHEM lead dipping, twin solder bath solderability system now shipping. With dynamic solder bath or wave nozzles, single or double static or dynamic flux baths and available with optional rotary head for QFP packages. Epak have already shipped and installed the first Anthem in the UK.
