.020" x .020" x .010" thin film chip resistor. Substrate options include Alumina, Glass, Quartz and Silicon with a resistive film option of Nichrome or Tantalum Nitride. Values from 2 ohm to 1.5 Meg ohm (Silicon, Quartz, Glass) and 2 ohm to 300 K ohm (Alumina). Tolerance range from .01% to 10% available (value dependant) and Alumina and Gold bond pad options and additional gold backside.
