.035" x .035" x .010" thin film chip resistor. Substrate options include Alumina, Glass and Quartz with a resistive film option of Nichrome, Tantalum Nitride or Sichrome. Values from 2 ohm to 150 K ohm (Alumina) and 2 ohm to 2 Meg ohm (Quartz or Glass). Tolerance range from .01% to 10% available (value dependant) and Alumina and Gold bond pad options and additional gold backside.
