We have a range of speed test and measurement equipment. We have Tachometers and Stroboscopes available in both contact and non contact versions.
Tachometers are also known as a revolution-counter, rev-counter, tach or RPM gauge is an instrument for measuring the rotational speed of a shaft or disk normally seen in a motor or other type of machine. The Tachometer normally displays the revolutions per minute (RPM) on either a calibrated analogue dial or more commonly a digital display. The word comes from Greek ταχος (tachos "speed") and metron ("measure").
Stroboscopes also called a strobe timer, is an instrument used to make a rotating moving object appear to be slow-moving, or stationary. The principle is used for the study of rotating, reciprocating, oscillating or vibrating objects. Machine parts and vibrating strings are common examples.
