Small, low cost peristaltic pumps can empty large drums into small, easy to carry containers, or they can transfer metered amounts of inks and coatings to your application equipment.

Metering enables materials to be dispensed in desired or multiple volumes. Using the principle of positive displacement, the flexible tubing (through which the material is transfered) is squeezed by a rotating mechanical roller that created the pump action. This unique feature offers easy clean-up and quick changeover.

Masterflex Pumps are interchangeable to fit your needs. The "Easy Load" Pump Head is specifically designed for quick tubing changes. NO TOOLS required! Choose from any of the Masterflex Pump Drives:
• Fixed Speed
• Variable Speed
• Variable Speed With Reverse Switch.
Each of these drives will work with either "Easy Load" Pump Head. Variable Speed Drives support more than one "Easy-Load" Pump Head! Saving you more money for each head you add to a single drive.

The "Easy Load" Pump Heads provide simple and easy tubing changes with the push of a lever. Ideal for use in ink, coating and adhesive delivery, these pump heads accept several sizes of tubing for a wide flow range (.06-23000 mL/min). No tools are required for efficient and effective use in all printing and curing environments.

Choose an "Easy-Load" Pump Head for thin-wall or thick-wall tubing. Precision-molded tubing cavity provides the proper averaged occlusion for all recommended sizes. The adjustable side retainers hold tubing securely in place. Mounting hardware included.

The Watson-Marlow Bredel 323 pump brings a stunning new level of performance and quality to laboratory and process pumping. Now you can truly achieve contamination-free pumping. Since the liquid is contained completely within the tube, there is no contamination of the pump or fluid. This pump is ideal for pumping shear-sensitive fluids, sludges, slurries, viscous fluids, and aggressive acids and caustics. Virtually maintenance-free, this pump has no expensive seals, check valves, diaphragms, or rotors to leak, clog, corrode, and replace. This reduces spare parts inventory. It accepts thick wall tubing which provides stable flow performance with viscous fluids, or against higher delivery pressures or more demanding suction conditions. The pumphead design prevents backflow and siphoning without the need for ball check, backpressure, or foot valves.

PERISTALTIC COMPACT VARIABLE SPEED PUMPS

The Compact Peristaltic is a positive displacement pump designed for ease of transporting inks, coatings, solvents and other liquids from drums, pails and containers to the application or mixing equipment. Advantages of using CON-TROL-CURE's® Compact Peristaltic Pump are ease of clean-up, minimum maintenance, simple non-technical operation and affordability.

To reduce downtime between jobs, replace tubes when changing colors or materials. One tube may be used for solvents, another for UV inks, or one tube for each color.

The Compact Peristaltic has no check valves or other components in the fluid/air stream. This means less maintenance because of fewer movable parts. Since the roller completely closes the tube, the roller acts as a valve when it stops.

Other pumps require long, tedious clean-up especially when changing colors or type of ink. Cleaning the pump is accomplished by pumping a cleaning solution through the tube, or by taking out the contaminated tube from the pump head and replacing it. Secured by 4 wingnuts, the pump head may be disassembled quickly with no tools. Clean-up can be completed within 2 minutes.

Since it is a positive displacement pump, it offers good metering performance. The working pressure range of the Compact Peristaltic is 0-20 PSI. Maximum operating pressure is 25-35 PSI.

The CON-TROL-CURE® Mini Peristaltic Pump is ideal for small volume applications of medium viscosity inks and coatings. It provides a sure method of pumping materials without contamination. 2 rollers on a ball bearing pulley rotate at approximately 700 rpm, providing 1400 pumping impulses/minute. Materials are squeezed through the tubing at a flow rate of 2 GPM. The pump is self-priming, with 1/2" I.D. hose connections. Lightweight and portable, weighing only 20 lbs.
