We offer a range of Peristaltic, Diaphragm and Hand Pumps for a wide range of applications in transferring inks, chemicals, adhesives, paints, coatings and fluids.
Peristaltic pumps are used to pump clean/sterile or aggressive fluids because cross contamination with exposed pump components cannot occur. Common applications include pumping IV fluids, aggressive chemicals, high solid slurries and other materials where isolation of the chemical or fluid from the environment is essential. The design makes them ideal for used in industrial applications including pumping abrasives and viscous fluids.
Diaphragm Pumps (also called or known as a Membrane pump, Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump (AODD) or Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump) is also a type of positive displacement pump that uses a combination of a reciprocating action with a rubber, thermoplastic or Teflon diaphragm and suitable valves either side of the diaphragm (these can be a check valve, butterfly valves, flap valves, or some other type of shut-off valves) to pump a fluid/liquid/chemical.
Hand Pumps are exactly how they are described, the use some kind of hand activated mechanism to transfer inks/chemicals/fluids from one container to another.
