The 500 series is our top-selling pump range. The VARIABLE SPEED 521 PERISTALTIC PUMP features:

• New 520R2C pumphead features PPS (Polyphenylene sulphide) track and rotor, with stainless steel occlusion rollers to resist chemical attack and abrasive wear
• Large track swept volume and two roller rotor design for flows from 2.6ml/minute to 4400ml/min.
• Heavy duty construction with clear impact proof safeguard, and robust tube clamps which ensure grip in poor operating environments
• Non-adjustable sprung rotor, gently compresses tubing using large low friction rollers with sealed bearings, guaranteeing long tube life and accurate metering
• Fast and simple pumphead set-up using two position sprung tube clamps and clutched rotor for effortless tube loading
• IP55 integrated frequency inverter/motor gearbox, offering 10:1 manual speed control (IP65 upgrades also available)
• Stop/forward/reverse control and analogue or digital remote control options
