IN MINI BENCHTOP UV CURING CONVEYOR
This 6", 300W/in UV curing
conveyor systems meets the requirements of researchers and engineers for
intense ultraviolet energy for diversified applications:
Curing of photopolymer paints
Photoactivation of UV sensitive adhesives
Graphic arts exposure
The UV curing system incorporates an elliptically focused heat sink reflector
with an exhaust cooling fan. Lamp changeover is easily accomplished by
lifting the top cover of the irradiator with the side extrusions; the
shielding remains stationary.
The conveyor system is constructed of enameled aluminum with a 6" wide
coated fiberglass conveyor belt. Solid state variable speed control enables
the operator to accurately adjust to cure slower reacting materials as well
as fast drying inks and coatings.

10 ACCESSORY FOR SMALL CONVEYOR
The UV-10
Conveyor features a variable speed DC drive with maximum
belt speed of 100 ft/minute. Featuring a heat-resistant
mesh belt to withstand heat build-up and degradation, the
UV-10 conveyor also features speed and belt
tension/tracking adjustment, plus belt height adjustment
from 24" to 48" for meeting in-line demands of
individual production lines.
This durable conveyor is specially designed to work with
the CON-TROL-CURE UV10 Curing System.
Sturdy, lightweight frame with independent 4-leg conveyor
leveling allows the UV-10 Conveyor to be used anywhere in
the shop or lab. Utilizes maintenance-free gear belts,
gear motor and bearings for minimal downtime. Compact size
fits into confined work environments. Requires only two
110V outlets to deliver complete performance requirements.

UV Curing Conveyors,
incorporating the UV Lighthouse True Focus Technology, provide 20% more
reflected energy than other conveyor systems.
An ideal product for the print industry, the large curing area allows for
oversized projects and is flexible enough to incorporate up to 3 UV curing
systems inline. The true focus reflector shape concentrates more light
to a focus point at the products surface. Tests have shown that a
concentrated beam of light will effect faster cure rates than an unfocused
beam.

100 MINI BENCHTOP CONVEYOR
The
CON-TROL-CUREฎ UV 100 Mini Conveyor System is a benchtop
system housed within a powder coated steel enclosure. The
rugged construction and intelligent design provide
excellent solvent resistance and long-term durability. The
UV 100 is a component system designed for general UV bench
testing and for smaller production applications including
electronic components, plastic cards, CD/DVD replication,
panels and signs. It is an ideal addition to the small
shop utilizing UV technology.
The 8'' effective cure area has variable curing power
ranging from 125 to 300W/in (400W/in available) with a
quick adjustment light guard and focus to 1.25". It
has a 10" in-feed and exit area for easy part
handling. The UV 100 irradiator is constructed of anodized
aluminum and stainless steel. The irradiator opens quickly
for lamp inspection and replacement. The hard-wired lamp
system will not corrode or arc. The system also utilizes a
separate forced air cooling of substrate and the UV
irradiator.
Versatile, compact and easy to use, the UV 100 weighs 150
lbs and measures only 32"L x 28"W x 18"H.
It arrives ready to be mounted on your bench top and put
to work.
Each 220V unit delivers up to 300W/in. The system features
separate main and lamp power switches, panel-mounted hour
meter for lamp replacement indication, and ammeter for
circuit strength indication.
