UV SYSTEM LUBRICANTS

A range of UV resistant and high temperature lubricants for mechanical assemblies in a UV curing system. Ideal for web, conveyor and other printing machinery exposed to continuous solvent contact during production and cleanup and for mechanical areas around UV lamps, such as grippers and shutters.

ROLLER LUBE

High temperature lubrication grease for high speed web presses. Provides excellent protection against ambient UV light and heat exposure. Sold/6 lb.

UV RESISTANT GREASE


NEW WHITE SEMI-TRANSPARENT COLOR !

UV grease is formulated with a synthetic oil base which does not break down or set up when exposed to UV light. Useful for mechanical areas around UV lamps, such as grippers and shutters. Also contains rust and oxidation inhibitors, and lubricity additives. Medium consistency with high temperature resistance. Sold/lb.

SOLVENT RESISTANT GREASE

Solvent-resistant grease for use in areas where solvents may breakdown a conventional machine lubricant. Ideal for web, conveyor and other printing machinery exposed to continuous solvent contact during production and cleanup. Resistant to: Hexane, heptane, tolune, xylene, aromatic and aliphatic solvents, gasoline, kerosene, methylene chloride, 1,1,1-trichloroethane and chlorinated solvents. Sold per gallon/8 lb container. Custom Flex Circuit Abrader

We had an unusual request for blasting the back of flex circuits to improve the laser solderability of the parts. The backing was too reflective and meant that the laser welds were not always consistent. A custom machine was built to create a uniform area over the back of the area that is soldered. This means that the area would not reflect the laser and improve the efficiency of the weld.

RPS ANTHEM lead dipping, twin solder bath solderability system now shipping. With dynamic solder bath or wave nozzles, single or double static or dynamic flux baths and available with optional rotary head for QFP packages. Epak have already shipped and installed the first Anthem in the UK.
