We are able to offer two solutions for cleaning wafers. Delfex produce a range of advanced CO2 cleaning systems that utilise carbon dioxide to clean a wide variety of parts, including wafers. This system is ideal for simply cleaning trace particles or dirt/contaminants from the surface of wafers.

THE POWER-SNO™

The Power-Sno is a small bench top/rack mountable cleaning system that applies a jet of CO2 based snow through a pen-sized hand piece. The C02 jet is blasted at the surface of the part being cleaned. A heated thermally ionised gas combined with the CO2 snow can remove trace oils and sub-micron particles from gyroscopes, fibre optics, LCD's, Ink-Jet heads, quartz crystals, bio-medical slides, optical wave guides etc.
