EZ-Mix-FR - 2-Part
Meter-Mix Dispensing system, positive displacement techniques assure
deposits are uniform and controlled to within 0.1cc with no run-on,
lead lag, oozing or dripping. The bench top EZ-MIX-FR accurately
dispenses material as thin as water to materials like the highest
viscosity epoxies and urethanes. It is suitable for a wide range of
two-part adhesives, sealants and compounds. The system is easy to
load and easy to use, and does not require qualified engineers for
it's operation. The EZ-MIX-FR is controlled by the versatile
programmable AccuShot™ controller. Small foot print W11" /
D18" / H59". Also can be used for MIXPAC cartridges.
It has the able to
accommodate different mix ratio's by simply changing the sleeve
assemblies. The range can vary from 1:1 up to 10:1 and can use
cartridge volumes of 750cc each. It can also be used in conjunction
with the MicroHead for even grater accuracy for dispensing.
The Accushot programmer used for both the EZ-Mix and Microhead systems allows easy
control of manual dispensing for each system. In manual mode the foot pedal
controls the amount dispensed from the syringe.
The speed
of dispensing can easily be programmed into the controller.
