Started in 1972, Epak Electronics Ltd started out as a supplier predominantly for the semiconductor and electronics market. As times and trends have changed, Epak continues to strive to provide the best products and service possible.

Our range of products we supply includes high specification thin film and thick film chip resistors for military, space, medical and telecommunications industries, glass wall and metal packages, specialist adhesives and epoxies for the electronics industry, CO² cleaning systems, micro-abrasive systems for surface preparation cleaning and rework, die eject systems, soldering test systems and solder pots, dispensing equipment and a range of die bonding tools, capillaries and bonding wedges and UV Equipment, UV Lamps, UV Test and Measurement Equipment as well as a range of accessories and equipment for ink and print handling.

We also have the capability to undertake custom automation projects and have successfully provided several turnkey solutions for customers needing to automate production processes. Predominantly based around the Comco Inc range of microblaster technology there are several examples on our Custom Solutions page.

Epak undertakes the installation and subsequent servicing of all our principals products along with the highest quality technical backup available.

Our newest product line covers UV curing equipment and spares, safety products, printing supplies and ink and coating handling products from UV Process Supply.
